The Adani Group is one of India’s leading business houses with revenue of about $11.9 billion for the financial year 2015-16. The Group has over 10,000 employees and it is headquartered at Ahmedabad, India.
The Adani Management Development Centre runs multiple interventions to develop capability in senior and middle management across the Group. The Adani Emerging Leadership Programme (AELP), and AELP II are flagship programmes for middle managers, and are used to enhance management skills in areas such as business strategy, corporate finance, people management, infrastructure management, and business process transformation.
WHAT WE DID
enParadigm designed and delivered a simulation based program at the end of each AELP II batch,to help participants integrate concepts across earlier modules. Participants took decisions for a virtual business, competed against each other in a simulated business environment, and understood the business impact of their decisions.
