Inside Sales Manager

– Owns the lead generation process
– Engages with senior business leaders (CXOs, HR heads, L&D heads, etc.)
– Understands the learning needs of the client
– Showcases how enParadigm’s programs can fulfill the same
– Effectively manages contact database – source, classify, activate and update
– Works with the marketing team for lead nurturing and marketing automation
– Qualifies inbound enquiries via email or phone calls
