|In June 2011, enParadigm approached Madura Garments with a proposal to conduct a strategic workshop for their middle and senior managers. On working closely with Mohita Malhotra, L & D head of Madura to develop a clear understanding of their business requirements, enParadigm designed and delivered a Leadership Simulation Workshop in October 2011 at Bangalore. The participants, with varied functional roles and experience levels, were from Louis Philippe, a premium apparel brand in India.
In Feb 2012, as part of an extensive organization wide strategic intervention, Madura invited enParadigm to develop a customized strategic thinking workshop for the middle level managers at Madura Clothing, their manufacturing arm. enParadigm conducted an in-depth study of the expectations from the program, and in March 2012, delivered the workshop.
The workshop was clearly focused on instilling the conceptual understanding of strategy in the participants’ minds. It also provided a number of techniques and tools to the participants, which help them to drill down the strategy of organization from the top leadership to front line workers over the next three months.
