Job Responsibilities

  • Providing assistance to the HR team in event management and L&D.
  • Providing support in Asset management.
  • Independent and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Managing calendar as well as associated operations. Other tasks such as booking conference & event related admin assistance.
  • Handling management of major staff meetings and annual events of the organization.
  • Providing backup assistance to lead the executive administrative assistant team.
  • Performing clerical and admin tasks such as receiving calls, arranging appointments and ordering workplace supplies etc.
  • Detail-oriented and capable to prioritize various assignments
  • Demonstrate strong influencing ability and smart negotiation skills to generate revenue for Enparadigm.
  • Maintain confidentiality with crucial data of the organization

Job Requirements

  • Education: Graduate
  • Internship Period - 6 to 7 months
  • Experience: 3 months to 1 year of work experience in Event Management & Admin work.
  • Skillset: Strong communication skills, effective negotiation, able to quickly understand Admin task and processes.
