Over the years he has nurtured and mentored a crack team to build incisive, multimodal-learning systems that are ahead of the curve. His background in technology consulting, product development, and organization development, combined with years of delivering experiential learning programs helps him bring an intuitive understanding to the conceptualization and design of our products and solutions An earnest advocate for creating a zero carbon footprint, his after-work passion is decoding the game mechanics of popular board games, and listening to ‘how to’ videos at 2x speed. Kumar holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Engineering and has an MBA in Strategy & Organization Leadership from Virginia Tech, US.
