Rajath, a versatile leader at enParadigm, excels in streamlining complex processes and team empowerment. Outside work, he enjoys Formula1 and spending time with his twins. He is an alum of VTU Bangalore and IMT Ghaziabad.
A bundle of energy, donner of many hats both at work and home, Rajath has been a part of enParadigm since 2015 and has handled roles across sales, key accounts, product and now heads solutions and delivery. The process and number oriented leader that he is, Rajath believes in setting processes to simplify complex problems and empowering his team to execute at scale.
Over the last 15 years, he has worked with Nokia and ITC. When his laptop is switched off, this twin dad can be found at home playing with his toddlers, teaching them how to race toy cars, and deciding which Formula1 race to attend next season. Rajath holds a bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication from VTU, Bangalore, and an MBA in Marketing & Operations from IMT Ghaziabad.
