A restless seeker balancing between zooming out and zooming in, Saaransh leads Enparadigm’s product and content initiatives. From time to time, he retreats to monasteries to study and reflect. He is an alum of NIT Trichy and MDI Gurgaon.
Saaransh is a bundle of contradictions - restless yet calm, a thinker and a doer, zooming out as well as zooming in. This has led him to pursue roles as diverse as IT & advertising, channel sales & content in MNCs like Oracle & Philips as well as in early-stage startups.
Saaransh believes these dots connect well in his current role at Enparadigm, where he is building engaging and meaningful learning products since 2018. Distinguishing the real gamification from the usual ‘gimmification’, he has also scaled the experiential content engine at Enparadigm.
Outside work, you may find him looking bored or in rapt and deep conversations depending on his state and surroundings. He also gets a compulsive need to travel now and then - exploring nature and offbeat tracks when with family or studying and meditating in remote monasteries when traveling alone.
Saaransh holds a B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from NIT Trichy and MBA in Marketing from MDI Gurgaon.
