Who are we?

enParadigm is a management training group headquartered at the Centre for Innovation at IIM Ahmedabad, with a team of professors and alumni from IIM Ahmedabad who are industry experts from a wide variety of business sectors. We design and deliver experiential learning workshops tailored for middle and senior managers of Indian corporations. We create customized business simulations, case studies and other experiential tools to help our participants understand business concepts and immediately apply them back at the workplace.

Why experiential learning?

Experiential learning is by far the most natural way of understanding, learning and internalizing concepts. Experiential learning makes learning ‘sub-conscious’, or incidental to the process of doing something that one enjoys spending time on. We use experiential learning to accelerate the learning process for our participants.
